Terms and Conditions
Thank you for your interest in using CadIdea for your project. By placing an order and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Order Process Steps
1. Send a photo or a draft with all the information you have.
2. We review all information, estimate the project, and start cooperation after mutual price and condition confirmation via email.
3. We send the job contract via email. You transfer the money to the Escrow account using your preferred payment method, and we start the project. The money from Escrow sits on our account only after you get the ready job and confirm it. If there is any problem and we stop the project by our fault, the money comes back to your account in several days.
Required Information for Ordering
In order to process your order, we require the following information from you:
1. Full name
2. Company name
3. Email
4. Detailed description, and any file format (ZIP, RAR, 3DM, STL, OBJ, JPG, PDF, etc).
Changes and Modifications
Minor changes and modifications will be done free of charge. You pay for those major changes which are different from initial requirements before or after the model has been finished. The price will be discussed and explained to the client, and the process will start only after confirmation.
Limitations of Liability
CADIDEA will not be responsible for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising out of or related to the use of our services. We are also not liable for any loss of profits or business interruption.
Copyright and Ownership
CadIdea keeps all rights of ownership and copyright to the designs and models we create. You may not resell or distribute our designs unless you obtain permission from us.
